General:
2012 Riverland trip a great success for the nine starters due to:
- truly magnificent weather arranged by Bronte
- Loxton, Barmera and Berri courses all in good condition
- spacious accommodation at Barmera Golf Course, with undercover BBQ facilities between units
- cooking by Nick (BBQ Saturday night)
- winning the quaddy for the Caufield Cup meeting - several members are now considering retirement to concentrate on punting. It may be linked to Noel owning a horse that is now confirmed to run at Flemington on Melbourne Cup day !!!
