The large EET turnout on a fine day at Wirrina meant a decent prizepool - cue 'the burglars'.

Highlights:
-   Bartlett in great form - except for the fifteenth where he took 4 shots to clear the tee block
-   The much feared Pring/Batty team was 7 down after 9 holes against Methofer/Bartlett and did not win a hole all day
-    Bartlett's encounter with a red-bellied black snake which is recovering after counselling.
-    Jenny (36 points) winning the women's competition from Jill (34) and Helen (30).

Six starters on a pretty warm (33C) sunny day.   Ordinary scores considering that the course is in very good condition.

Eight starters on a hot (34C), sunny, humid day, with a guest appearance by Dave Bartlett and an early injury forcing Big Kev out.  

Not much of a competition, with Phil Methofer playing a blinder - a lazy 47 points.
