Six starters on a Monday to avoid a poor weather forecast for Wednesday.  A mild, cloudy day (~18C), with a slight breeze.     The course was still damp from the torrential rain last Wednesday, with reduced run on the fairways and slightly longer grass than last time.

Overall:         Whicker (38) from Pring (31)

Birdies:
Whicker - par 5 fifteenth

No four point holes or eclectic holes

Sixteen starters on a very pleasant day - just a slight breeze with the course in very good condition.   Reasonable scores all round, with lots of birdies.

Wednesday Comp - Match Play update

31/08/16:   North Adelaide

Six starters for the last day of winter, which turned out to be a nice day for golf - mild, very slight breeze, none of the forecast showers.   Bob Batty and Brian Beggs back in business.

EET Singles Comp:

Damien Mensforth and Brian Beggs put on a very enjoyable, titanic struggle which was even after 17 holes.  Rat cunning triumphed on the final hole as Damien played a wonderful third shot up the hill, close to the pin.

Daily Comp:
Front nine:     Methofer with an impressive 22 points. Pring with a creditable 19 pts
Back nine:      Mensforth with 18 points
Overall           Pring & Methofer 32 points from Mensforth 30 pts.
