Couldn't get a more perfect day for golf - clear sky, 24C and calm.   Unusually, the scores from the five starters reflected the conditions.

Front nine:     Whicker (23) from Crathern (20), Boyle (18), Milde (16)
Back nine:      Boyle (19) from Whicker (18), Crathern (16)
Overall:          Whicker (41), Boyle (37), Crathern (36), Milde (30)

Methofer:     par 3 sixth
Whicker:      par 5 second

Boyle:           8th (4)
Whicker:      2nd (4)

For the Record:   the group of Boyle/Crathern/Whicker had a total of 2 putts on the difficult 8th green.  Don't see that too often.

Eight players took advantage of Mr Beggs' vouchers for the lovely Blackwood course.   The forecast showers held off and the greens were just sensational, with some reasonable scores.
