Wednesday Competition

28/09/16:    North Adelaide  (Pringmeister report)

Only 4 starters on a day prior to the heavens opening up.    Cool to cold in the shade, warm in the sun. with a cool breeze.  No more pick up, clean and place on the fairway, although this may change tomorrow after 60mm of rain. 

Greens were also cored, (and not swept off completely), sanded and fertilised, so the occasional putt headed off at right angles – although it obviously helped Phil...

Pring/Methofer just too good on the day over Mensforth/Batty - 7 up.

Front:     Methofer  (21) from Pring (17)

Back:      Mensforth/Methofer (15)
Overall:  Methofer (36) from Mensforth 30
4 point holes:   Methofer – Par 3 fifth (plus 8 x 3 point holes!!!)

07/10/16:   Patawalonga (Adelaide Shores)

Only three starters on a Friday (following the downpours earlier in the week).   North Adelaide unavailable.

The weather was excellent, but the tenth hole was out of action, meaning three temporary holes (which meant the scores were fairly meaningless).  However, a nice social day from the white tees.

Mensforth (39 points) from Batty and Whicker (35).
